Last updated: 24 October 2026
The service
sawthem.live is an iOS app to log the concerts you go to, run by Daniel Brüggemann. It is free and has no ads. These terms apply when you use the app.
Your account
You must be at least 16 years old to use the app. You need an email address to sign up. Keep your password to yourself. One account per person.
Your content
Your concerts, notes and photos stay yours. You give us only the rights we need to store them and show them to you. Only upload photos you are allowed to use.
Privacy
How we handle your data is described in the privacy policy.
Fair use
Do not attack or overload the service, and do not use it to store unlawful content.
Changes and ending
We may change the service or end it, and we tell you in good time before we end it. We announce changes to these terms at least four weeks before they take effect, in the app or by email. New terms apply to you only after you accept them in the app; we ask you on the first app start after the change date. You can delete your account at any time in Settings.
Liability
The app is free and comes as it is. We are liable only for intent and gross negligence, and without limit for injury to life, body or health.
Applicable law
German law applies. If you are a consumer in the EU, the mandatory consumer protection rules of your country still apply. Questions: hello@sawthem.live.
